My Piano!

Santa found me at the Ross house and brought me this cool little laptop piano. It's Riley-sized and it does all sorts of neat stuff. Mommy and daddy were so proud when I started reaching for the lights and keys on it. I think at first they were enjoying it more than I was... but then I figured it out! I was playing it all by myself! Who knows what I'll grow up to be someday.

Christmas at the Ross House!

I hung out in my swing for a while and talked to Uncle Collin. He also takes pictures like daddy does, but Uncle Collin takes them underwater when he's diving all over the world. I'm not sure how he does that. Maybe he's magic...I talked Meme, Mom and Nana into getting this picture made. It's all four generations of the Collins girls. Pretty cool, huh?
After all the talking and opening presents and pictures I was pretty worn out, so I decided to take a nap with Meme. I didn't want do miss anything, but sometimes a little girl just needs a nap.
This is me and my Papa Ross, just hanging out in the kitchen.

Christmas at the Carlton House!

Papa Joe helped me open this Sonic gift card. In case you can't see, it says, "Tot you would like this." he hee. I've never eaten anything at Sonic yet because my arms aren't long enough to reach that magic red button where you push it and the food magically appears at your car window. But it won't be long. Then on Sunday afternoon we took family pictures. I slept through them because I was all tired from meeting and greeting everybody at church that morning. Then we got a picture of everybody! That's my Uncle Rich, Aunt Jen, Abbie and baby Rex. We had tons of fun playing with all our new toys. Abbie wanted to hold Easter eggs in this picture. I guess she's ahead for Spring.

I got bling!

When we finally got to Texarkana we went to the mall and I got my ears pierced! It hurt for just a second, but they did both ears at once and got it over real quick like. I was really hungry when they did it, so it was bottle time as soon as they got done. It's hard being a little girl, but both Nana and Granna were there for moral support.
You can see them really well here on Christmas morning when I was opening my presents. Personally, I think they look fabulous.

Over the river and through the woods...

It's Christmas! And it's a long way from Searcy to DeQueen and Texarkana. First we stopped in Little Rock at Children's Hospital to see all our friends where mommy used to work. They've got a great new play room there and I give it two thumbs up.

Next we stopped in Bryant so we could see my Rachel. This was at Starbucks, where I hear they have really good coffee. But as you can see I had my usual. I told them to make mine extra foamy with a hint of nutmeg, but I don't think they understood. When we finally made it to DeQueen, we went to Granna's school. I didn't even know I was going to get to meet the Grinch that day. I was kinda bored by him. We had a good time with Granna's class. I read them some stories and then they wanted to take their picture with me. I think I'm gonna like school someday, but I've got a while to wait before I'm big enough.

My Busy, Busy Day!

Here's what I did today:

Took a bath, which I loved...

...and hated!
Then I went for a walk in my snugglie with Mommy and Daddy, which I loved...and hated!

And, finally, me and all my friends (Braxton, Jaylen, Naomi, Lauren and Mason, whew!) got our pictures made by Daddy-O! This one is Mommy's favorite!

Here are some other things I can do: sleep through the night sometimes, sit up for a while in my Bumbo, hold my little quilted ornament that Uncle Stan gave me, "talk" and SMILE!

Christmas Carols and Egg Nog

So here I am, just minding my own business and looking as cute as I wanna be...

And then daddy started singing Christmas carols in my face. I thought it was really funny at first. But then I got bored and tried to get mommy to rescue me. After I finally got daddy to stop singing, he decided to drink some egg nog. I'm not sure what that is exactly but it sounds positively nasty.
But as you can see, Cheney thought it was marvelous. She didn't so much share it with daddy, but he did let her clean up the glass for him.
I've been the center of attention lately, so I let Cheney pose for a Christmas picture. I didn't want her to get jealous or forget how to model.

My Hair!

Mommy put lotion on my face yesterday and she thought it would be really funny to put some in my hair. I'm not sure if it was Fop or Dapper Dan, but daddy says that he's a Dapper Dan man, whatever that means.
Then me and Daddy had a staring contest. Oh yeah, I won. I rock.
