What's your name, little girl? What's your name?

Well, I know we're still having a little sister, but she doesn't have a name anymore. Well, she has a middle name that Mommy and Daddy LOVE: Elizabeth. It's after Mommy's friend in Africa who is telling people about Jesus with her husband, Jason.

What Baby doesn't have is a first name. It USED to be Chloe, but then "Chloe" went to the dogs...literally. Mommy knows FOUR different people who have puppies named Chloe, and couldn't resist telling Mommy and Daddy that's what their dogs were named. So, it's still not completely out of the running, but its usableness has been very damaged!
Anyway, you can see what she looks like...what do YOU think her name should be?

P.S. It looks like she has a hole in her little head, but it's ok. She doesn't really!

Howdy

I just thought I'd give you a glimpse into Daddy's world. Here's the view that Daddy sees most of me when we're hanging out at the house together. This is me shoving a cracker into my mouth, while simultanee, simeltaineo... you know, asking for another cracker at the same time. Here I am at the table after an afternoon snack. I don't remember exactly what I had for the snack, but I know I had it with ranch dressing. I know my snack included ranch dressing because if you look real close you can still see some of it in my hair. And since it was ranch, that means my snack was either carrots or hot dogs, either of which is GREAT with ranch.
And sometimes when Mommy's home and I'm taking a nap, Daddy wipes the ranch dressing off himself and goes to take pictures, like these he took the other night at the lake about five miles from our house.

Helping Daddy in the Studio

I went to the studio today to help Daddy with a photo shoot. Here I am, helping Daddy get the lighting just right for the clients. I kinda had other things I would've rather been doing at the moment, but Daddy took the picture anyway. Oh well... at least I could help.

Mommy's Twirling Recital

Mommy had her first twirling recital last night. It was a smashing success. Of course there were a couple of dropped batons, but that kinda thing just happens sometimes. There was a huge crowd of people there. Maybe next year at the recital I'll do my routine... Oh and we had COOKIES! There was this really neat flower stuff, so I let Daddy take my picture before we went home.

My Road Trip With Daddy

The other day after Daddy got off the air, Mr. Loren came by in his old Tracker and we went for a ride in the Washitaw National Forest. We had a great time. There was so much to look at that I didn't hardly watch my movies at all in the back seat. Here we are at Tall Peak, in an old fire tower. If you're a true local, I understand that you pronounce it "far tar". It's one of the tallest places around and I enjoyed it greatly. And in case you're wondering, I'm holding Daddy's light meter that I borrowed from his photography bag. I can do that... I'm his assisticant. Before we headed back down the mountain, I thought I had better get the coordinates on Daddy's GPS. Okay, so really I was convinced that I was calling Cousin Abbie on the phone, but it never hurts to pretend, right? Oh, and if your Daddy's GPS isn't working correctly, try holding a rock in your other hand.
Daddy thinks the GPS is a great substitute for me playing with his cell phone. It's shock proof, and I don't even really know how to turn it on. Plus, there's no chance of me calling our friends in Africa on it.
And so Mommy and Daddy went back this weekend to Shady Lake without me and Daddy took this picture at the Little Missouri Falls.
And this one too blah blah waterfall blah blah.
