Yellowstone, Day 3

This was our last day with Papa Joe and Grammy...and our last day to climb back and forth over the divider between our two balconies to sit and watch the mountains and the river. Sniff.

But! We made a big day out of our last day! Daddy and Papa Joe got up early early to go look for bears because Papa Joe has a problem...and me and Mom and Grammy stayed at the hotel to read and look at Brad and Angelina's baby on the Today Show. Everybody says she's the most beautiful baby in the world and blah blah blah. Wait'll they get a load of me! No plain ol' tee shirts and bow-less heads here!!

Later, we went and climbed around and looked at waterfalls and stuff. But what we were looking the most forward to was dinner!!! We went to this raggedy place that looked like it was half about to fall down, for goodness sake! And we all got half pound "hateful" cheeseburgers (Daddy and Papa Joe gots buffalo for theirs!)! Oh, and I got Mom to try something she never has before: she ate her burger with EVERYTHING on it! Well...except onions because they were too fat. Me and Mom haven't been eating all that much...but we ate almost that whole darn burger. (Mom says don't say "darn". Sorry.) And don't tell Grammy I told you, because Christmas is coming up, but she ate almost all of hers too!

Yellowstone, Day 2!

This day was MUCH better than the first day...even though we went up even higher! We left our hotel early early to drive 5 1/2 hours to Jackson Hole (future mommies, beware: there are very few potty stops between the top of Yellowstone and the bottom of Yellowstone! I didn't help either...I stayed still and didn't kick at all until she REALLY had to go! Heehee!).

The picture of my Mom and Dad in front of the mountain was during our picnic lunch at Jenny Lake. Me and Mom had a peanut butter and banana sammich and it was sooo yummy. Then we shopped all day in Jackson and Grammy bought me a cool pink tee shirt that is still a little too big for me. Oh, and look at the picture of the dinner that me and Mom had to try to eat! We didn't have a happy plate, but we looooved eating at the Merry Piglet!

On the way home, we stopped and Mom and Grammy got their pictures made in front of some snow, but then they had to run back to the cars because there were so many mosquitos! Me and Mom spent the next 10 miles trying to kill them all with our Yellowstone map! Then it started raining like crazy and Daddy and Papa Joe had to drive us up and down a mountain that was toooo tall and toooo slick with a toooo small guard rail! We were all so happy to get back to the hotel and we made sure we never took that road again!

Yellowstonie

Since I know you guys like to check things every stinking day, I decided to give you little nibbles of info from my very first vacation. How's that?

We went to the mountains, we did! We went with my Papa Joe and Grammy and then they left and then it was just me and mom and dad for the last two days. But then it rained and was shivery!

These pictures are from the first day, when we went to Canyon Village and Old Faithful.
The one with the mountains is the view from the balcony outside our room!

Me and Mom DID NOT DO WELL on the first day. The air is too stinkin' thin up there and I thought I was gonna have to dig around in here for a paper bag to breathe in! We got better, though.

Let me tell you what some silly people at Old Faithful said. They wanted to know if the white spots on the mountain way across from us, looking down at Old Faithful, were people in white tee shirts or goats. Mom had on a white tee shirt too! I wonder if they knew she wasn't a goat!
