Yellowstone, Day 2!

This day was MUCH better than the first day...even though we went up even higher! We left our hotel early early to drive 5 1/2 hours to Jackson Hole (future mommies, beware: there are very few potty stops between the top of Yellowstone and the bottom of Yellowstone! I didn't help either...I stayed still and didn't kick at all until she REALLY had to go! Heehee!).

The picture of my Mom and Dad in front of the mountain was during our picnic lunch at Jenny Lake. Me and Mom had a peanut butter and banana sammich and it was sooo yummy. Then we shopped all day in Jackson and Grammy bought me a cool pink tee shirt that is still a little too big for me. Oh, and look at the picture of the dinner that me and Mom had to try to eat! We didn't have a happy plate, but we looooved eating at the Merry Piglet!

On the way home, we stopped and Mom and Grammy got their pictures made in front of some snow, but then they had to run back to the cars because there were so many mosquitos! Me and Mom spent the next 10 miles trying to kill them all with our Yellowstone map! Then it started raining like crazy and Daddy and Papa Joe had to drive us up and down a mountain that was toooo tall and toooo slick with a toooo small guard rail! We were all so happy to get back to the hotel and we made sure we never took that road again!

I haven't been out here to check on you guys in a while. Sounds like you have been very busy! I'll be watching over the next few days for more Yellowstone pics, looks like you all had a wonderful time!
Take care and let us know when the three of you can get together!

Riley, We sure miss you since our vacation is over. We had a really good time.

Your mom forgot to tell about the crazy folks that were standing out-side with video cameras during that terrible rain.

Papa Joe couldn't wait to stop and see a bear or something, and those silly people were taking pictures of lightening!!

You already knew that was not a smart thing 'cause your dad had told you that before.

love you!
